THE 300
by Rebekah Grace Rivera
A Year-Long Journey of Transformation
The 300 is a year-long immersion into the chrysalis—a self-excreted crucible and sacred space where transformation unfolds. It is an invitation to step into the realm of your imaginal cells—the biological equivalent of pure imagination, a reservoir of untapped potential with the power to create what does not yet exist. Within the chrysalis, the caterpillar dissolves entirely, and it is the imaginal cells that guide the emergence of the butterfly, whose wings shatter the old form and take flight.
This journey weaves together the sacred tools of yoga—philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and mythology—alongside psychology and effective teaching methodology. Through thoughtful guidance and intentional practices, it helps you reconnect with the truth of who you are and invites you to discover how you are uniquely called to weave your magic into the world. This profoundly transformative program not only deepens your knowledge of yoga but also shifts how you show up in your life, how you share your gifts, and how you cultivate meaningful connections in your relationships.
The 300 is divided into five standalone modules, each a complete training on its own, open to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of these timeless practices. The nature of this training synergistically weaves and overlaps information, allowing you to begin with any module. Once you’ve completed all five, you will walk away with a clear and integrated grasp of the material.
Completing all five modules is equivalent to a 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, but this program is far more than a certification. At its heart, it is a sacred container to help you break free from the boxes and limitations so often shaped by studio environments, connect with your purpose, align with your abundant creative flow, and fully embrace the expansiveness of your birthright.
This program is open to everyone—an inclusive space for those yearning to deepen their connection to Self and step into the fullness of their be-ing. For yoga teachers seeking the depth and tools often missing from a 200-hour YTT, The 300 offers the knowledge, guidance, and empowerment to step confidently into your role as a teacher, guide, and facilitator. It invites you to share your gifts with clarity, embrace your purpose, and thrive in the abundant creative flow that is your birthright; your work is needed in this world, and you get to soar.

THE 300 is built on a foundation of five, 60-hour trainings, each expansive in its own right.
Module One [Early Feb 2025]
The Tapestry Within: An Examination of the Chakras
We are intricate beings—a living tapestry of physiology, psychology, emotion, energy, and spirit—woven into the ever-changing flow of life.
Our bodies hold the imprints of all we experience. Every thought, emotion, and moment leaves its trace, whether as tension, mental patterns, physical posture, or subtle expression. The chakras provide a profound map of this inner landscape, uncovering the unconscious patterns that shape how we engage with ourselves and the world around us.
Far from being abstract concepts, the chakras are portals to deeper self-awareness. They illuminate the layers of our being, revealing how life’s patterns influence the ways we move, feel, and connect. This journey of bringing the unconscious into consciousness is the crucible for deep growth and transformation. Together, we will explore this remarkable mapping of the unconscious—the chakras—through physical, psychological, spiritual, and archetypal lenses.
Module Two
Mythic Threads: Symbolic Interpretations of Collective Consciousness
For most of human history, myth has served as a sacred vessel, carrying the wisdom of how to live, thrive, and find harmony with the natural world. Through the art of communal storytelling, practical truths were seamlessly interwoven with profound teachings about the unseen essence of who we are. These epic narratives celebrated the interconnectedness of life, offering a vision far greater than the sum of its parts.
In the world of yoga, myths become gateways to what lies beyond form—the very essence of consciousness. They speak through archetypes and symbols, bridging the seen and unseen, the personal and the universal, inviting us to engage with the deeper truths of existence.
In this module, we weave together cross-cultural archetypes and myths to illuminate how this wisdom is woven through everything, everywhere. Together, we will uncover and recover the original potency of these timeless stories, allowing them to guide us toward connection, clarity, and a deeper understanding of the truth that binds us all.
Module Three
The Essence of Yoga: A Philosophical and Historical Journey
This module invites you to explore yoga’s ultimate question: What is yoga? Together, we will delve into its philosophical depths, sacred texts, and symbolic teachings, uncovering how this timeless wisdom weaves into the fabric of our daily lives. It is an opportunity to cultivate a living relationship with yoga—not as a distant philosophy, but as a guiding force that shapes how we move, think, feel, and connect.
We will journey through the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Upanishads, and other foundational texts, unraveling their wisdom to discover how it resonates in our own experiences. For yoga teachers, this module provides tools to authentically share yoga’s philosophical boons in an embodied and meaningful way, fostering clarity and connection in your teaching.
This is a weaving of symbolic threads and foundational teachings—a tapestry of yogic philosophy to integrate into your practice, teaching, and life.
Module Four
The Art of Sequencing: Crafting Pathways to Transformation
Enlightenment often arises in a quiet shift of perspective—a moment when "I can’t" softens into "I can," and a once-contracted space opens into possibility. As teachers, we hold the privilege of guiding our students toward these moments of magic—when they step into a shape, feeling, or truth they once believed was beyond their reach.
Sequencing is the art of creating the conditions for these transformative experiences. Through thoughtful design, movement becomes the language, inviting students into an embodied, deeply personal journey that transcends intellectual understanding. This is where yoga comes alive, not just as a physical practice, but as a profound connection to self and potential.
This artistry, however, extends far beyond physical movement. In this module, we explore how to design cohesive and impactful activations, workshops, and retreats. By weaving pranayama, meditation, mudra, and self-inquiry into your offerings, you create experiences that guide students into deeper connection—with themselves, their possibilities, and the essence of yoga itself.
Sequencing becomes an act of love and devotion, a practice of crafting pathways where transformation unfolds naturally and yoga is experienced in its fullest, most radiant expression.
Module FIve
The Path Home: Exploring Pranayama and Yoga Nidra
In this module, we step into the transformative practices of Pranayama and Yoga Nidra—sacred tools that guide us to subtle awareness, deep connection, and the truth of who we are.
The breath acts as a bridge, a direct link to the soul’s energy. It moves between the conscious and unconscious, illuminating the unseen within us. This simple yet profound practice lies at the heart of countless spiritual traditions, offering a gateway to self-knowledge and transformation.
Yoga Nidra, more than a practice, reflects the journey of life itself. It offers a microcosmic framework that mirrors the greater design of how our consciousness is built and woven. Together, these practices invite us to pause, observe the conditioning that has shaped us, discern what no longer serves, and gently release it. They become pathways home, guiding us back to our true nature and the deeper currents of existence that sustain us.
This module is an invitation to immerse yourself in these sacred practices, to uncover the wisdom they hold, and to rediscover clarity, connection, and freedom. It is a journey of profound meaning and transformation—a path back to yourself.
The 300 is, and always will be, a container of Self-exploration for anyone interested; it is not limited to yoga teachers.

This is an advanced yoga teacher training. Anyone can take this training; that being said, if you want to teach physical asana, you will need to complete a 200-hour teacher training. 200-hour teacher trainings focuses on guiding people through a physical asana practice; this is a training in mastery and spiritual leadership. There is an entire module dedicated to Sequencing yoga classes. This module is the only module dedicated to the physical practice of yoga. It is designed to give teachers the skills necessary to build strong, creative, purpose-driven community classes; it builds on the skills learned in a 200-hour teacher training.
-
Yes, you can complete these trainings in any order, with the caveat that you may want to circle back to Module 4 after the competition of your 200hr.
* if teaching physical asana is a desire.
-
Individual modules are available, please inquire with me to learn more.
-
THE 300 is divided into five 60-hour training modules; it is a year-long journey into mastery.
Module 1 begins in early February, and Module 5 concludes in December.
-
All five modules need to be completed to attain a 300-hour certification. The information is intentionally layered, but the modules do not need to be completed in order. No matter the order, these modules will lead to a deeper embodied understanding of spiritual concepts. There are roughly six weeks between each module, created intentionally to provide space for integration.
If you desire to complete the 300-hour course in 2025, it will begin in early February and finish in December.
We recommend that you complete the journey in the course of a year, but if you prefer to space modules out, you will have up to two years from the start of your first module to complete all modules and receive credit for your hours.
-
Once you have invested in transforming your teaching (and life!) through THE 300, there are no refunds. In extenuating circumstances, your payment may be used toward future training programs.
